our stay at tremont lodge & resort was fantastic! the rooms were extremely clean and had everything we needed. we loved the indoor pool, and the staff was incredible, going above and beyond to assist us, especially after our snow tubing day. the beds were incredibly soft too! the resort is so close to the great smoky mountain national park, which made our visit even better.

The staff impressed me with their kindness and willingness to assist. However, the air conditioning in the room was quite loud, making it hard to sleep sometimes. I also found the coffee machine didn't work properly during my stay. Overall, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so some areas felt a bit dated. But the grounds were nice to walk around, and I enjoyed the quiet environment. I'd recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Keycards malfunctioning was a hassle, and the breakfast selection was limited to a couple of store-bought pastries, which left us wanting more sustenance to start the day.

Had a great time with friends! We loved splashing around in the pool and even went fishing in the Smoky Mountains. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Just so you know, there’s ongoing renovation that will make the place even better. Definitely consider staying here if you love nature and fun!

One minor downside was that the ceiling fan in our room was pretty dusty, so we opted not to use it. A little cleaning would have made the experience perfect.

We made so many joyful memories by the pool, especially watching the kids splashing around and laughing. Having our son's autism support dog with us made the stay even better, as everyone was so accommodating and welcoming. The views from our room were stunning too!
